In recognition of ambitious growth plans around extension of services and further homes, we are pleased to invite experienced marketers to apply for the newly created role of Head of Marketing.


The purpose of this role is to implement a marketing strategy and plan working closely with Sales to build brand awareness, generate leads, drive move ins and deliver occupancy and revenue targets for both Sunrise and Gracewell. Marketing plans will use multi channels including digital marketing, social media, websites, PR and local marketing.


You would be based in our Support Office in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire –in the heart of the Chiltern Valley yet commutable distance to central London. We are looking for the skills and experience that you would expect this role to require, with particular focus on;

  • Digital Marketing
  • Strong commercial skills
  • Private Service orientated sector experience
  • Management of multi sites
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Great leadership skills

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for:

  • Development of a toolkit for Sunrise communities and Gracewell homes
  • Development of marketing campaigns to support the opening of new homes and activity to raise awareness and engagement in the local community
  • Generate positive national and local PR to build brand awareness and preference, working with a PR agency
  • Work with key internal stakeholders to develop and implement partnerships with charities and other thought leaders
